October 2022
T his is our third totally hand-crafted faire, and I know you will find just the perfect thing for the Holidays. There will also be a bake sale, to help satisfy your sweet tooth. There is parking behind the building and on the streets. We are excited to bring such beautiful, and interesting crafts to you. HAPPENING THIS MONTH: BINGO: on October 7th and 21st. This is the ONLY bingo in town and we have a great time. The doors open at 5:30pm, and play begins at 6:15pm. $25 will buy one of every game. Individually, the games are $1 each. Come and bring a friend. We also have Bingo Gift Certificates, a great gift for that friend or special someone who has everything. Just $25 each. BUNCO is October 15th, a great way to have fun on a Saturday afternoon. $10 to play. This is a potluck, but bringing something is not required. There is always plenty of food. This is also a good way to make new friends, and the game is very easy. Again, come and bring a friend. A FTERNOON BINGO: It seems this is a well-kept secret, because we do not see a lot of people taking ad- vantage of this opportunity to play Bingo in the afternoon. If you don’t like to drive at night, it’s another reason this would appeal to you. We begin with a potluck, but again, that is not required. The doors open at noon, we eat first, and then play begins at 1pm. The 10-pack is just $6, and all the other games are $1. So please come out and join us. LOMPOC CARD CLUB: This group meets on the 19th from 1pm to 3pm, and the donation is $3 to play. They have lots of fun and would love their group to grow. Another great opportunity to get out and to socialize. LINE DANCE: Now here is a great way to exercise both your brain and your body. Nancy Matthew teaches this class and it’s easy and fun. The classes are for all levels and meet Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 11:30pm. Cost is just $3 a class. No experience is needed, but if you are an experienced dancer, you will find lots of opportunities to dance too. Please give it a try. PARTY RENTAL SPACE: We are coming up on the holidays and we have the perfect spot for your holiday party. Call us for a quote, and come by and see our space. You’ll love it. Enough for this month. We have other things too, so drop by the club (address above) on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, and take a look-see.
